Amanda and Allison are sisters from Independence, Missouri. They have personal experience with relocation since they moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2011. Both ladies are former teachers in the Pasco County School District, so they are remarkably familiar with communities in the area.

Amanda and Allison personally invest in real estate by buying and flipping houses. From an early age, Amanda and Allison learned how to use all the tools in the garage. To this day, most of the work required to renovate the homes they flip is completed by the sisters and family members.
