About Amanda

Amanda and Allison are sisters from Independence, Missouri. They have personal experience with relocation since they moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2011. Both ladies are former teachers in the Pasco County School District, so they are remarkably familiar with communities in the area.

Amanda and Allison personally invest in real estate by buying and flipping houses. From an early age, Amanda and Allison learned how to use all the tools in the garage. To this day, most of the work required to renovate the homes they flip is completed by the sisters and family members.

06/22/2016 - zuser20141028052650772 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $150K in San Antonio, FL. These two ladies were extremely professional. They not only helped my wife and i find and purchase a home but they went above and beyond. There were times we needed to fax documents to lender or needed help in completing paperwork and they made themselves available to help us. i would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to either list a home or purchase one

The toolbox sisters are top notch!
