Mandy was such a life saver. The realtor that I had known and loved for years retired just as I needed to sell. I had a good friend recommend Mandy Wier and I am so glad they did! She really understands all the little details of real estate and helped us to negotiate a contract way above asking. All along the way, Mandy stayed in constant communication and calmed my fears when I felt the panic coming on. Mandy made the process very smooth. I am a tax accountant and I need everything to be exactly the way I expect it to be. Mandy made that happen and excelled my expectations. Mandy is professional, personable and calm. She makes a nerve wracking experience run smoothly. I felt as if I was her only concern in the world, and I'm sure that I wasn't!

Amanda (Mandy) is a top notch professional. She is sharp & knowledgeable. She went above & beyond to ensure that our sale went smoothly & successfully. In one day we had 16+ showings a superb offer within days & closed in under a month. She responded timely & all of her communications were detailed & concise. Mandy is head & shoulders above her peers & it was apparent when she counseled us on negotiations. We would recommend her to anyone & would not use anyone else for our real estate affairs.

We recently worked with Lunnon Realty to sell our home in rural Boulder County. This was our second experience working with Lunnon Realty, and this time around was no different than the first. Mandy is a fantastic agent. She gave us helpful advice about getting our home ready to list and how the market might be performing given COVID-19. She brought in a great photographer (and even a drone photographer to get some killer pictures of our property from on high). We went under contract really quickly and Mandy helped us through all the in's and out's of the contract, inspection and closing process. It was extremely reassuring having Mandy in our corner. She was always available to field our questions and took an active role in helping get everything wrapped up. I can't recommend Lunnon Realty enough.

We came to Mandy with a mission. Sell our house quickly and help us move to the city of our dreams. She conducted careful research to find the right price point, and in no time, our house was photographed and listed. We had showings immediately, and she took such care throughout our whole transactions to make sure we were safe (followed COVID-19 guidelines) and comfortable. Mandy took extra steps; many other realtors don't (but should). Our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had an offer after a brief time on the market. Mission accomplished! We can't say enough about her professionalism and the whole experience.

Awesome experience! Mandy with Lunnon Realty was knowledgeable, outgoing, and very professional. Moving is stressful but when you add deadlines on the sell and purchase of a home it can become unmanageable. Mandy kept us on schedule, on time and didn't miss a beat. No words can express how grateful I am to this amazing team! In 5 months we sold 3 properties and I also bought a new house. I was overwhelmed to say the least but Mandy was always right there to answer all of my question and concerns. Mandy, even helped me hire a great electrician very quickly for some repairs. Mandy and Phil were very helpful and professional when we wanted to sell our home to move out of town. Mandy answered our questions, explained things for us, and works for her clients to assure they have the best outcome. The CoronaVirus was restricting home sales activity and viewings at the time, but Lunnon Realty made sure everything was done according to all the safety precautions, and we accepted a wonderful offer within a very reasonable period of time. We absolutely recommend them if you are planning to buy or sell a home.
