Amanda Williams

Amanda Williams has been involved in real estate since 2008. She has worked as a private money lender for Fix-N-Flip deals, flipped homes, bought and sold homes through lease options, subject-to, and owner-financed deals, and has been a licensed realtor in North Carolina since 2013, serving both buyers and sellers. Amanda currently manages a sizable rental portfolio and assists other agents in reaching their goals in real estate brokerage and investments. Additionally, she is a public speaker and hosts numerous events each month for investors, business owners, and realtors.
