Amber was amazing. She walked us through the home buying process, answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease with everything. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We knew nothing about buying a home when we began working with her, and she explained everything thoroughly the whole way through. She was encouraging and thoughtful as well. Amber was absolutely incredible to work with. As first time home buyers, the buying process can be intimidating. Amber did a great job of answering our questions and making us feel comfortable! She also went above and beyond while working with us to help us get our first home. After touring houses all day on a Saturday, we found one we liked. The next day we planned to put an offer in but ended up wanting to see it one more time. Amber offered to meet us at 6:00 on a Sunday and we got the house! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She’s knowledgeable, fun and makes the home buying process enjoyable!

Amber is a highly skilled realtor. We were new real estate investors looking for multifamily properties in the highly competitive Lakewood market in the greater Cleveland area. Her knowledge of the local trends and market was superb. She had a great understanding of what to expect of buildings given their age and compared to peer buoldings for the area. She availed herself despite our very busy schedules. In the end it was because of her that we were able to acquire our first investment! Highly recommended!

As first time homebuyers we were overwhelmed by the process and had no idea where to begin. Amber held our hands from start to finish, from first step to the last step. Her knowledge about properties, the community, lenders and beyond was amazing. We never felt lost after our first meeting with Amber. She was always a text, phonecall or email away and was always super responsive. Our purchasing process was smooth and relatively quick due to Amber’s services. She was able to negotiate a great price on our house in a crazy market where inventory is low and there is a ton of competition. I couldnt recommend her enough and feel so fortunate that she helped us in finding our forever home!
