Amber was amazing with the home buying process. She really took the time to get an understanding of what I was looking for and show me the best houses she could. She was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything during the entire process. This was not not first home transaction, but she was by far the best agent I have worked with. This might get long so bare with me folks.

Where do I start. My husband and I have been talking for years about home buying but for one reason or another we either couldn't do it (credit/dti ratio) or didn't want to do it. Well we got a notice that our rent for our 2br townhouse was going to be $2000 come February!! There's no way we were going to stay there. So we were searching for other apartments or townhomes and the area has the same rates now plus want you to make 3x the rent. Meaning we needed to make $50hr or 104k a year just to rent an apartment. Who the heck makes that much without degrees in this area? Anyways, amber reached out to me in a local mom group, in a very friendly way and suggested we buy a home. I have been approached by other realtors previously but none of them really seemed genuine. Amber came off like a friend and not someone who was just trying to make money off of me.

So we decided to take the plunge. Husband trusted me to do all the leg work and I have to mention I'm an Autistic stay at home mom to a very energetic 2 year old and to say this process was a lot is an understatement. The entire process Amber was patient and empathetic and accommodating to my special needs and requests. She was able to help me find a home within a week of looking and helped me with the steps laid out in a clear way. In this crazy market she was able to get the sellers to pay closing costs and a few repairs as well. And at the time she was running a special and gifted us with a year home warranty!.

And after all was said and done we closed in January a few days after she birthed her beautiful baby girl and she still continues to be available not only as a realtor but as a friend. She is truly a gem in this field and so many could learn from her in so many ways. You will not be disappointed if you choose Amber as your realtor. I don't give recommendations lightly. ❤

We are so grateful for how wonderful and kind Amber is. We didn’t have the best budget in hand and had pretty specific needs, but she fulfilled everything and more for us!! Not only is she one of THE BEST realtors out there but as a person, she is pretty hard to beat. She took in our needs/wants, gave absolutely great advice, worked around our harsh schedules and never let us around a house she thought would be unsafe for our family. Amber is a very professional, down to earth rock star, who will aggressively work to make your dream of owning your dream house come true. Amazingly easy to talk with, has an outstanding work ethic, and understands all walks of life including the military life. Amber answered all my questions (believe me, I had a book of them) reducing any hesitation or anxiousness that my family and I had. Amber rocks! As a first-time buyer, she guided us through the process with no problems, I thought it was "too good to be true" because she made the process so easy.
