Ambierre founded the Peak & Prairie brand as a solo entrepreneur in 2019, bringing the entire companies’ portfolio to Compass only a year later. “Compass has the best technology and culture I could find. I was enjoying running Peak & Prairie independently, but could not come anywhere near matching Compass’ capabilities on my own. I knew Compass was the right brand to merge with Peak & Prairie because we share the value of always putting people first,” said Ambierre.

With Peak & Prairie, Ambierre has focused on selling land, new construction homes and equestrian acreage properties. She likes inviting others to move to the country and enjoy the Farmhouse Lifestyle she has been loving since she and her family moved to their acreage property in Franktown in 2017.

“Living on land afforded us the freedom to change our lifestyle. Now we are more intentional; connecting to nature by growing our food, raising animals, and stewarding the pine forest we get to live in.” Another bonus - she moved in right next door to Laura. Laura's and Ambierre's two families quickly became friends and Laura joined the Peak & Prairie team in 2020 as a Broker Associate. Laura brings a wealth of knowledge about the local community and has charitably served the local schools with dedication.

Together, Ambierre and Laura envision the Peak & Prairie team as a Compass-driven brand that can wow any client and service the unique properties they represent. They are passionate about Compass’ mission to “Help Everyone Find Their Place in the World.”
