01/14/2018 - forensicseminole Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Riverview, FL. Amy was amazing to work with! She is local to the area, and very familiar with the schools, and current zoning. She helped us to realize a new house would be the best fit for our young family, and was there for us through every step of the process. Very patiently explaining what a CDD was to these first time home buyers, and answering any questions we had. She has been kind enough to stay in touch, calling to make sure we were prepared for hurricane season, and again when we hit our six month of ownership. I would recommend her to any friends or family moving to the area.

01/27/2012 - lestergrey Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Valrico, FL. Several years ago when I was experiencing difficult financial times and unable to pay my home mortgage, Amy Dreyer recommended that I sell my house as a short sell as opposed to letting it be taken back by the bank as a foreclosure. This advice worked beautifully, just as she had suggested. By selling my house as a short sell I was able to more quickly restore my credit rating to good and am now pre-qualified by my bank to purchase another home which she is actively helping me with. Amy is very knowledgeable in the understanding of buying/selling of real estate and is, not only, pleasant to work with but very persistent and patient (she certainly needs that to work with someone as picky as me) in helping you achieve your real estate needs.
