Amy Paternite has a long history of service, for over 16 years she has been putting her clients front and center. Amy leads Amy Paternite Homes – a top-producing, real estate team specializing in South Orange/Maplewood (SOMA) and the surrounding New Jersey communities of suburban New York City.

With confidence and a collaborative no-nonsense approach, Amy has become a sought-after agent, known for her unbeatable local wisdom and experience in negotiating New Jersey’s competitive residential market. Before discovering her passion for real estate in 2006, Amy spent a decade honing her problem-solving and negotiating skills as the owner of a boutique music industry public relations firm.
