As a Mortgage Loan Officer, communication is so important and Amy is fantastic with keeping everyone updated on the progress of each and every transaction. Amy is amazing!
My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and couldn’t be more happy!
She is very knowledgeable about the northern Indiana area, and we couldn’t love our neighborhood more than we do. Her diligence and attentiveness to detail found us the perfect home.
Amy was very patient and understanding of our situation; especially since we were on a time crunch with a very new baby! She was incredibly helpful with the entire process from start to finish, from looking at houses to helping us find a mortgage broker and scheduling our inspections.
We feel very fortunate to have worked with Amy.

TOP level!
We purchased a rental building from across the country, site unseen, with total trust in Amy, and since getting our first tenants it has been paying for itself as well as giving us money in the bank. After verifying what we are looking for, Amy found it and took care of EVERYTHING. Our only obligation is to be sure to pay the mortgage. She handles tenants, rents, repairs, deposits into our bank account, utilities.
We have constant communication and will absolutely be finding more properties with her in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My family started working with Amy several months ago; she represented us as a buyer's agent. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Amy was knowledgeable and dedicated. She waded through snow drifts to send us video walkthroughs, she asked (and answered!) a lot of questions, and she continually endeavored to find us a home that checked all of our boxes. It was especially tough to find us a home in Spring 2022, when so few homes were available and prices were so inflated, but she did it!

Most importantly, Amy continued to support us throughout the purchasing process and beyond. We had some issues with our home after the sale, and she helped to coordinate solutions. Thank you, Amy!
