Amy was absolutely amazing! She gave us a driving tour when we came to town before our search started. She made moving across country VERY easy. She was quick and responsive. Even gave us a heads up when upcoming freeze was headed our way and gave us suggested company to use for winterizing our new house’s sprinkler system. Could not have asked for a better realtor expert here in Omaha!

Amy is amazing! I wish I could give her more stars.
I had to downsize on a tight budget, and Amy was incredibly patient as I looked for something in my price range. She turned a stressful situation into a fun experience with her personality and humor. And it was so exciting when we found the house that was perfect for me.
I almost didn’t get the house but with Amy’s advice, determination & negotiating skills she helped lower the price in a seller's market, with extra items included (appliances, etc). Her advice was priceless.

Amy is the most professional realtor I have ever worked with, and brings a strategic and proactive approach to every transaction. She thoughtfully thinks through each transaction, providing optionality and imagination to her clients. She agilely navigates complexity, and always keeps her clients’ ultimate goals in mind. She is wildly pleasant and always willing to just make it happen, no matter the task. She also brings deep understanding of the Omaha metro area and its neighborhoods and schools to the table. Amy is by far the best realtor we have worked with even though we were house hunting from hundreds of miles away. Amy is very thoughtful and always kept in mind what was important to us in a house. She is very responsive and a very good communicator. One of the most stressful parts of purchasing a house is having a realtor that is a terrible communicator - you never know what is going on. We never felt like that with Amy. From the first day through the purchase, we always knew what was going on, what we needed to do and what Amy was doing. If you are looking for a partner in helping you search for your home, Amy would be a great choice!
