Ana is a very friendly and down to earth realtor. She helped us sell our townhome which was not an easy process. It was an affordable housing dwelling and there was a lot of red tape. She was able to efficiently and effectively understand the selling process and we were able to sell because of her diligence. I nicknamed her “bulldog” because she would constantly search and find the answers needed to help us. If I had to sell or buy another home, I would, without a doubt, call her.

Ana has been a friend of the family for many years. When it came time for us to look for a home, we tried an agent recommended by our bank, but it didn't work out. As a first time home buyer, we weren't sure what to expect. However, we felt we were left in the cold on several occasions and didn't have that trust and reliability vital to having a good relationship with an agent. After we left that agent, we were even more anxious to find someone who was both knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. We called Ana and immediately she was showing us properties that fit our criteria. She was everything we were looking for in an agent, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, etc. We felt our interests were her first priority and we were completely satisfied in her abilities as an agent who would help us find the perfect house for our family. To me, Ana is the perfect agent. While she was showing us several properties she would point out the things she thought we would like and the things we might not like. It's important to have all the pros and cons before you make such an important decision and Ana was very open and willing to share her knowledge and experiences. She was always available to answer our calls or have a few minutes to chat about the housing market or any other questions we might have. I will personally recommend Ana at every opportunity I can for her knowledge, experience, and wonderful customer service.

Ana was recommended to me by my mom's geriatric care manager when I was recently looking for a realtor in Oxnard to sell my mom's home. Living in Massachusetts, I needed someone that I could make a good connection with and believed I could trust. Ana was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She was amazingly helpful and went way above and beyond in helping me to find good tradespeople, to set up and follow through with appointments and get the best prices for the work that needed to be accomplished. She was right on target as to the valuation of the house and gave me wonderful advice concerning our potential buyers. I greatly valued that Ana was completely responsive whenever I called or emailed her. She was always reassuring about the very anxiety-producing task of selling a house at such a long distance. My husband and I found Ana at a open house and at that point had met approximately four other real estate agents. However, Ana's calm demeanor, excellent listening skills and flexibility made her the right agent for us. Because we were a young, newly wedded couple that knew nothing about the buying process Ana made sure to explain the process, the timing of the process, the different institutions involved and how to negotiate. The most impressive quality Ana displayed was her motivation to find us a home in Ventura's real estate market (specifically mid-town) which had very little availability at that time,. Ana talked with other agents who had potential sellers in the area and watched the MSL listings every hour to find us properties. Thank goodness for her efforts because the few houses that did become available were being purchased like fresh baked cookies by cash investors, with the exception of our now new home which we scored immediately and thanks to Ana's negotiation skills even got some of our closing costs covered (unheard of at that time). If time is an issue and you can not take time off work to go house shopping, then Ana is the agent for you. My husband and I work 9-hour days, 5 days a week, but Ana made herself available to us in the evening and late night hours and on the weekends (other agents are not as flexible).
