I am Ana Kypreos, a licensed Realtor, based in St. Petersburg, Florida and serving Tampa Bay and Pinellas County, with licensure in both Florida and Georgia. I believe in guiding buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence, building lasting relationships, and delivering outstanding results.

Before moving into residential real estate sales, I was in the new home construction field. I spent over a decade serving as a Design Consultant and later a Design Team Lead. In these roles, I helped families personalize their homes with thoughtful selections that reflected their vision and lifestyle. My responsibilities eventually expanded to include Sales Manager duties, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both the design and sales sides of the industry.

My foundation comes from 15+ years in title and escrow, where I managed thousands of closings and oversaw multiple title offices and escrow services.
