As a veteran with a young family I needed to purchase my first home for my wife and young daughter to call "home". Words really cannot do justice to the amazing experience we had in purchasing a home with Anania. We were moving from the Northern U.S. region and neither my husband nor I were familiar with anything about Florida and were afraid of shooting in the dark from far away. But Anania made it really easy by talking with us about what we were looking for in our new home, and then giving us information about the different areas that had everything that was important to us. It took only two weekends of home viewings before we found a home that hit all our marks. We love the fact that Anania found us our dream home in pristine condition requiring no fixes and best of all within our budget!

As our Real Estate specialist, she helped us navigate as we put in our offer and most importantly, negotiated with the sellers. She even helped us with transportation during the two weekends and closing week. My husband and I are so greatful!

She combines her knowledge of the area and her strong active listening skills to tune in and identify options that meet your key requirements. Anania is patient and empathetic. But, don't be fooled. She is also a strong negotiator and will work hard to close the deal for you.
