Anderson Clark is the best real estate professional that I have ever worked with. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the Sacramento market and just an overall great person to do business with. He focuses on what the client wants and tries extremely hard to make that happen. Eventhough we can't always get what we want but Anderson tries his best to make it happen for you as his client. I plan to work with him in the future on additional real estate transactions.

Anderson Clark provided extraordinary service while we were out of state so that we were able to sell our property immediately at the highest price for like properties in the area. His team of maintenance and repair contractors ensured we completed long-outstanding work before we left, so that we could see the finished product. He was a pleasure to work with!

Anderson was great to work with. Answered all my questions and received information in a timely manner. Going on walk-thru's, Anderson explained to me what to look for when it comes to repairs, and other key items in purchasing a home. He is very knowledgeable in what he does.
