Andrea Bartsch, awesome isn't a word great enough to describe her. She is so good at what she does its pleasant and her knowledge when it came to the 100 plus questions my fiance and I had (first time home buyers). She guided us through the entire process. She knew exactly what we were looking for and kept to our budget. Being a first time home buyer especially in this hot market it seamed like we were asking for the unimaginable but Andrea found our dream home in Wittmann. I highly recommend Andrea if you want to find your dream home with ease!

Andrea is a great agent. She was aggressive and persistent in helping us find a great house. She was also very honest and if she saw a house that she didn't think would be good for us she didn't waste our time but told us exactly what she found. She could have tried to just move us down the line and find any ole' house but she didn't. She kept looking until we found something that met our needs. Andrea asked good questions to determine what we desired most in searching for a home. She showed us several places that were interesting but not quite “the one”. Andrea continued to search for us. Her communication is clear. She is prompt with responses. Andrea is well versed in multiple areas and helped guide us to make good decisions in the inspection process, who to contact for closing and kept wonderful communication between the seller and us!!!

Andrea exemplifies how every real estate agent should be. Whether you are wanting to buy or sell a home, she works tirelessly to make it happen. She works for you 24/7 (or it seems like it) and is personable, honest with an opinion, and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the business.
We just sold our home and she was our agent. It sold within 7 days and for very close to asking price. It was a quick close and we had no where to move as had expected time to look around. The day after the offer was accepted, she had us lined up with three homes to look at. All three met our specifications perfectly. With her expertise we purchased the best one. Both transactions went without any problems.

Andrea was as helpful as she could be. Amon had set parameters that he didn't even realize. Andrea guested as best she could to meet what she had been told, It was appreciated. When we came to Surprise, Andrea did her best to show us around the area as well as show us available housing. After Amon ,we , looked at what Andrea sent us as listings that she had Amon looked also did some searching adding to what he really wanted to see in homes. Andrea made every effort to get us in to see the home we were asking about once we were in Surprise . Then Andrea made the calls to connect with the homes realtor. Where we were able to complete the purchase of the home we wanted. Andrea was always as helpful as she could be.
