I have been helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their dreams and goals for over a decade. I work alongside my father, Jim “ERP” Erpelding, for a combined experience of over 40+ years. We both believe in our motto of: “Experience and education isn’t expensive, it’s priceless!” With countless hours of continued education to better serve my clients, I continue to broaden my scope in real estate's educational standards. Advanced education include: Financing, Appraisal, Creative Sales and 1031 Tax Exchanges and Distressed Properties including Short Sales. I also hold the CRS designation which is equivalent to achieving a PhD in Real Estate, a designation that only 4% of Realtors ® achieve. My main focus is on the south and west side of town including the foothills. Clubs and Recognitions include 2011 West Chamber’s Young Professional of the Year, 2011 Chair of the West Chamber Young Professionals, Ambassador with the West Chamber, The Colorado Connection Relocation and Referral Network, Top Ten Referral Network, Manchester's Who's Who and 100% Club. Charitable organizations that I contribute to on a regular basis include, Children’s Miracle network, Susan G Komen, Professionals Miracles Foundation, Children’s Hospital and Special Olympics.
