Why Colorado? The fabulous quality of life...I've lived here since 1991- I'm Florida girl and moved here out of college. I fell in love with Boulder and feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place. As a first time homebuyer, buying a house can be very stressful, but not with Andrea Farinacci! She really put us at ease during this big life moment. Also, we had some issues with the new home build and even after we closed Andrea was there fighting on our behalf standing up for what is right! She truly went above and beyond when she did not have to. Working with Andrea was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend her.

We worked with Andrea to buy and investment property. She was knowledgeable about the process and helped a lot with negotiating the contract and inspection. She also offered recommendations of contractors needed to provide estimates on work that needs to be done. I would recommend Andrea to others.
