Andrea, also a very close friend for many years, was extremely helpful and present throughout the entire advertising and sale process. She was responsive, made herself available to explain anytime we had any questions. 24x7. Amazingly, she found our buyer in only 4 days. Communicating with her was very easy, and in overalls we had the greatest experience working with her. She did a fantastic job working in preparing and repairing the house for sale, in interaction with the buyer’s broker, attorney, utilities final bills and title companies, and also with our anxiety attacks. We highly recommend Andrea for anyone who is looking to purchase, rent, rent out, and sell. In addition, she also performed brilliantly as our property manager for 8 consecutive years, when we were renting out our house. She found us a place perfectly located between both our jobs, safe and quiet neighborhood and in our budget. Andrea is the best realtor I ever had! When we decided to move to Florida in 2019 she helped my family to find a excellent house for rent. I just had a baby at the time and I was overwhelmed with everything plus moving to another state, Andrea did many video calls and always had attention to small details that made our life So much easier here! She found a perfect place for us! Almost a year over we decided that was time to buy/ build our dream house! Andrea again helped us in so many ways.
