Working with Andrea was absolutely amazing. We had a lot of little hiccups with inspections and repairs and appraisals and Andrea handled every single one of them for us and explained everything along the way so we could just relax and wait for closing. She really understood what we were looking for, took on our feedback immediately and found us the perfect home for our family. I really felt like she was always looking out for our best interests and our first home purchase was just as important to her as it was to us. Truly a joy to work with and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

I was looking for a new home after the disaster of hurricane Ian. I was so lucky to have called Andrea on a previous listing she had. It sold before i saw it, But, Andrea offered to help me on a listing else where that I asked her about. She called all day for 2 days until the owner up north answered her call. Out of the kindness of her heart, i would not have my new home without having met Realtor Andrea Friedmann. You can tell in her voice that she is genuinely kind. If i could give her 6 stars I would. Andrea helped with my parents recent move to GA. She went beyond her Realtor role in helping them understand the selling process, explaining the offer received and how eSignatures work. She was with my parents when we Face Timed [what would become] their new home in GA. It eased my mind greatly to have her there helping them through a very stressful time in their lives. She was patient, kind and helped make this process much less frustrating and anxiety producing. Once they moved she called several times to see how things were going & how they were doing.
