Andrea was recommended to my daughter by a past coworker. We are very lucky, Andrea is an excellent realtor, she does the research and brings out the best outcome to a very difficult task. Finding a house that will become a home is hard enough under normal circumstances; the real estate market at the present time is crazy to put it lightly. Andrea keeps calm under pressure and let’s you know what you can expect when you decide to make an offer on a property. She is diligent and prompt at communicating where you stand, her professional practices shows in all her interactions. She was even willing to provide transportation for me when needed. Andrea is friendly and goes above and beyond what’s required of her.

I was given Andrea’s name by a friend of mine, and let me tell you, this was the best recommendation I have ever been given and I am so grateful to have been able to work with her! From the start, she listened to me and genuinely cared about helping me and my family find the perfect home! She was honest with us, available to us, and incredibly generous to us! We were able to be competitive because of Andrea’s knowledge and willingness to “go to bat” for us! Andrea was great to work with throughout the entire home buying process! After going under contract on a perfect home, Andrea coordinated with the lender, inspector and multiple handymen (electrician, plumber, sewer, etc.) to help get our inspection findings fixed on time to close in two weeks! Andrea was such a pleasure to work with during our Denver home search! She was incredibly responsive to inquiries and questions we had along the process, returning calls, texts and emails usually within minutes or at least within the hour. She let us know her schedule and was very respectful of ours! She asked excellent questions on the showings she conducted with us, and was able to hone in on our desires and needs in our home search. Andrea also was transparent in letting us know if she was unable to answer a question, and would research and get back to us with immediacy in all instances. We would highly recommend Andrea to anyone who would ask for a professional and conscientious realtor to work with in the Denver area.
