A proud Tampa native, Andrea Simpson is knowledgeable about the growth of the
Tampa Bay area. As a lifetime resident, she has observed Tampa’s development and

She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in criminology.
Andrea owned and operated a concierge service for working professionals prior to
her career in real estate. She believes that her diverse career path has provided a solid
foundation to understand what exceptional customer service should be.
Andrea has been a licensed real estate associate since 2011. She is a member of
the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has earned her designation as a CIPS
(Certified International Property Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). Andrea continues to strengthen her skills
and abilities through continuing education which she feels keeps her current with the changing elements of real estate.
She is active in several community service organizations that include Dress for
Success for the empowerment of women, the Spring of Tampa Bay, and Goodwill’s
Book Works program.
