Andrea is doing what she loves to do! She has been involved in every aspect of real estate since 2001 and feels very blessed to help hundreds of families, investors, builders, and friends with their real estate needs. Her goal is to always exceed your expectations, make sure you feel taken care of and that challenging work is being put in the efforts to get you to your real estate goals. Since 2005 Andrea has been actively selling new construction and has worked with some of the top builders in the Northern Colorado market. Andrea is incredibly grateful for the relationships she has built, and the trust her clients have given her, and she is excited for the opportunity to serve you!

Andrea’s span of knowledge includes new home sales training and selling, marketing, and advertising for residential properties, escrow, and assistance to top commercial and residential Realtors, and ample knowledge of investments from kiddie condominiums to multi-family and single-family investments. Andrea’s family has a long and successful history in the real estate business. Both her father, Ron, and her brother, Ryan, are active and well-respected in the real estate industry. One would say real estate runs in their blood! It was a natural fit for Andrea after college and she is forever grateful for the path her family showed her to help others with such an incredible investment for their families. Andrea wears her heart on her sleeve, Andrea puts her heart into her work, and she hopes you feel that when you work together.
