Andrew Hart

Andrew Hart is a Senior Sales Partner for Randy Plaice and Associates. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley and knew at a very young age he wanted to service this valley and the areas around it. He played football for five years before going to college. During that time, he really learned how teamwork and a non-individualistic attitude accomplished almost impossible feats. He went to college in the Bay Area, a school called Menlo College. There he had some phenomenal experiences. He got his degree in accounting, he helped start a student run organization called the Menlo College Real Estate Investment Team, and the wildest real estate market in the Silicon Valley was booming around him. Even though he majored in accounting he realized real estate was his passion and was the way he wanted to build wealth. He got his real estate license while finishing his degree and by the time he graduated he went straight back to Los Angeles to serve his neighbors with their real estate needs. Once his first listing sold, he saw his seller was ecstatic about the gain on their home and the buyers' excitement, knowing they had found their dream home. After that moment he realized this was a career he is honored to serve in. Even though he accomplished great things on his own, he wanted to be in a team environment since he had such great experiences with teams. Andrew began his search for the right team and seeing the testimonials and the professionalism of Randy Plaice & Associates, he decided that was his dream team. Since being on Randy Plaice & Associates he has realized he gets to work with his second family. Being able to serve so many more individuals and families with their real estate needs in a family atmosphere is a dream come true. Besides real estate his other passions are raising animals, investing, and running small businesses. He likes to bring all his passions together when he works with his clients so they can view him not just as their realtor, but as a friend and a valued member of the community.
