Selling land remotely is always difficult, what you need is a dependable, trustworthy and effective agent. I found Andrew Lowe on the internet, without any personal recommendations, but by the first conversation I felt reassured that I was on the right track. He was well prepared by the next conversation, with all the needed details, and concrete suggestion on an attractive list price. After that, I was confident enough to leave it entirely in his hands, and sure enough, within a few weeks we had 2 offers. Again, he took over and negotiated the best deal - all done smoothly with a minimum of unnecessary details. In summary, he is an excellent agent, with the added quality of being very responsive, and though I have never met him personally, he is assuredly very personable also. Well deserved 5 stars for a job well done!
