Andrew Mak is known among clients, colleagues, and friends for his exceptional service and integrity. With an “always accessible” approach and meticulous attention to detail, he strives to make the real estate process informative, productive, and above all, fun. Andrew knows that buying or selling a home can be daunting and aims to make it exciting and stress-free.
Andrew’s previous experience at two investment banks informs his real estate guidance and benefits his clients today. At Goldman Sachs and Barclays, he honed strong communication and negotiation skills by working in a high-pressure environment where confidentiality and execution were paramount. He relies on his financial expertise when doing market analyses and making property recommendations and his clients trust his ability to advise them on all aspects of the buying and selling process. He loves working with first-time buyers and sellers in Midtown and all along the West Side, but he also has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods all over the city and taps into a broad network he has developed since his time at New York University. His listings regularly set building-wide price-per-square-foot records.
Currently a resident of the lively Hell’s Kitchen, Andrew has also lived in Greenwich Village, Union Square, and the Financial District. He balances his robust work schedule with a love of cooking, learning new technologies, and exploring the city with his wife, Tiffany, and their German Shepherd, Mia.
