Andrew McCain

Andrew has been a licensed real estate broker for 25 years. After working in corporate finance for one of Houston's major energy companies, Andrew began his real estate career, providing clients with his well-tuned negotiation and communication skills in their real estate endeavors. A winning approach and taking pride in providing resources, organization, and can-do persistence has facilitated his success and, most importantly, his clients' real estate success.

With Andrew's drive for success, he has recently earned The National Association of Realtor's® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation as an international Realtor®. Andrew is a continued Top Producer in real estate sales and has received the Five Star Professional Realtor award in Texas Monthly Magazine for several years running. After meeting with Andrew to discuss any of your real estate needs, he can quickly and expertly develop a plan that meets your individual goals and provide guidance in obtaining those goals.

A longtime Boulevard Oaks resident and former Southampton resident, Andrew has expert knowledge in the Rice University area neighborhoods of Southampton, Boulevard Oaks, West University, Southside Place, and the Museum District neighborhoods of Houston. Additionally, Andrew has a keen market knowledge and experience working with buyers and sellers in Memorial Villages, Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, close-in, and inner loop neighborhoods.

As a native Houstonian, Andrew truly loves Houston, and while real estate is his world and the art of the deal is his passion, his relaxation and artistic creativity has been in restoring residential properties to their once finest. These talents are provided as a part of his dedication to service to his clients.

Andrew has served on numerous art organization's boards of directors and is an avid art collector. He currently serves on several community boards of directors and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
