I met Andrew a little over a year ago, and was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, knowledge, and no pressure attitude. I've bought and sold 6 houses in my life, and have had it both ways, good realtors and bad experiences. Andrew by far was the best experience I've had with a realtor. He went above and beyond in selling my house, coordinating moving to my new house, and handling alll the details in between.
Selling and buying a home in this market was an extremely stressful endeavor, but Andrew made at least the transaction side very smooth.
Do yourself a favor and call him...you'll be glad you did.

We were very pleased with having Andrew represent us as a buyer in Camas WA. He is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. We had multiple requests from the sellers after our offer was accepted ( inspections, repairs, etc) and Andrew handled the matters professionally and on time so we did not miss any of the contingency deadlines. He was available to help and answer all of our questions. Overall an A+ experience with an excellent attitude. Observing how he handled this transaction, we would not hesitate to have him represent us as a buyer or a seller in the future.

We were paired with Andrew thru Zillow July 2021 inquiring about a property. Moved back to PNW after 40years out of state. Had many questions about areas and growth happening.
Andrew very professional and open with information we were seeking about real estate market.
Andrew understood our situation and readily available to answer questions and arrange appointments in a timely manner.
We did find a property and Andrew was great guiding us though the process after 9 months searching and being patient.
Would highly recommend.

We ended up working with Andrew based on a complete roll of the dice by requesting assistance through the Zillow app. We are very pleased with how that worked out. My mother-in-law was the actual buyer and he worked with her marvelously. He was very responsive and made himself available. He was kind, friendly, and patient. He also had very good knowledge of the market area and the listing agent involved. We would definitely recommend him or use him again if needed.

Andrew helped my partner and I buy a 10 acre lot in Washington. He was with us through the whole process. From making an offer and all the way to closing. Our purchase was not a big one but Andrew treated us like we were buying a 500k+ home.
