04/22/2015 - Eric Cooper Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Winter Garden, FL. From the second the process started Andrew was honest, hard working and did everything in his power to make the process easy. My dad technically bought the house, but being in the hospital he wasn't able to do much. Andrew and his office walked me through every step and made the process so pleasurable. Any questions we had his office got back to us ASAP and answered any questions we may have. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy a house in Central Florida as he will make the process as painless as humanly possible

08/20/2015 - Craig Mitchell Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $525K in Winter Garden, FL. Mr Philippone is one of the hardest working and more dedicated professionals around. He makes himself readily available at all hours of the day and evening and has a penchant for taking care of all the details of your transactions with his awesome staff that include Suzanne and Lisa to list a few. His integrity is what stands out the most in a business plagued by used car salesman type realtors who only care about their bottom line. With Philippine realty he actually cares about his clients. He has sold two of our homes and helped us purchase two as well. The clients we bought and sold from subsequently turned around and used him in their future dealings, another testament to his unique ability to be impartial , honest and sincere.

04/25/2014 - garyewell Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $800K in Winter Garden, FL. I worked directly with Andrew to buy a home he had listed. I would not recommend this to anyone. As a buyer, Andrew did not represent my interests at all. He consistently indicated that the seller had no flexibility to provide any discounts/incentives. He misrepresented what it would cost to make the necessary upgrades to the home. He tried to micro manage me and my home inspector to ensure we didn’t find anything wrong with the home. We ended up buying the home because my wife really liked it but the only real thing I was able to negotiate was that he would sell another home I owned for a discounted commission (after all he was making a huge commission on the home I was buying). Unfortunately, Andrew reneged on our deal and will not sell my other home for the commission agreed upon

09/07/2016 - jetheese Bought a home in 2016 in Melbourne, FL 32901. I highly recommend working with Andy. I recently purchased my first home and was uneasy about the whole ordeal. As with most new-home purchases, I didn't fully trust the seller and was concerned that I would eventually be deceived. I was referred to Andy to help me with the transaction and he made the entire purchase less convoluted. He was available at any hour I needed him and was as friendly as a guy could be. As any first-time homeowner knows, buying your first home is a wildly overwhelming experience and it can feel like everyone is looking out for themselves and not you. I needed someone that I knew was on my side. He is an incredibly knowledgeable guy, but beyond anything, Andy is a straight shooter and will be upfront and honest, even if it's to admit he made a mistake. I'd refer him to anyone.

Once you've worked with him you realize he's the kind of person that takes the stress out of a situation. He has an emsemble of professionals that he works with that all seem to be top notch. Ex. The photographs of our home used for the mls were beautiful, they really gave the true essence of our home and buyers seemed to really appreciate there truthfulness. I really appreciated working with someone who treated my family and home as if it were his own as opposed to a potential paycheck. Furthermore, as we were in the market looking for new homes in the area Andrew and his team kept us informed every step of the way as new properties entered the mls. Facts about Andrew Philippone: We met him for the first time at an open house in Independence, a community in Winter Garden on 7/27/2015. We told him that particular home did not meet our needs. He asked questions and quickly assessed our needs and wants. Later that day he showed us a home that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We explained why, due to our financial situation, that it would not be an easy task to get us in that home. He immediately connected us to a lender who agreed that it was not easy but doable. We settled on the new home on 8/28. We truly believe that if not for Andy’s efforts that the process would have taken longer or would not have been successful at all. He also found a tenant for our other home in just a few days. Would we go to him again or recommend him to others? Absolutely!!

02/16/2016 - JulyO Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Winter Garden, FL. Until we met Andy, our experiences with agents had not been good. Especially in Florida we had found the agents to be unresponsive and not very upfront. That all changed when Andy came to our listing appt. From the beginning he was clear about how he operated and what we could expect from him and his staff. They exceeded all our expectations from beginning to end. His recommendation on pricing was right on the money. He helped with suggestions on the staging but didn't insist on pricey repairs or major revamping of our living space. Appointments were prompt and each was followed up with phone calls to us and to the buyers' agents. He was even able to negotiate a couple of tricky things with our closing /move date.
