Andrew Richardson

Andrew Richardson is a local to the Central Coast where he has lived in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, and Arroyo Grande – giving him extensive knowledge of the area and community. Going on his 8th year of real estate, Andrew has been involved in over 150 real estate transactions. Andrew has real estate in his blood, mentored by his father Charlie Richardson (Founder and Broker), brother Chris Richardson (President) and sister Brooke Sutton (Sales Manager). He is eager to bring energy, passion and excitement into buying and selling homes. Andrew’s competitive nature, inner drive, and compassion are a great asset to the company allowing him to bring clients the best possible deal!

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis on Therapeutic Recreation from Arizona State University. Andrew is an active member in the community running youth sports development programs, coaching varsity basketball at Mission College Prep High School, and participates in community service work for the City of San Luis Obispo. He also has worked on numerous new construction sales sites including Lakeside Village at Lake Nacimiento, Bella Casa and Oak Trail in Atascadero, Pacific Courtyards and The Yard in San Luis Obispo. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing in local sports leagues, and spending time with his friends and family.
