Katia and Andrew spent time to fully understand my needs to make sure that everyone’s time was productive when we narrowed down our search. They both had a good understanding of the value of the area and complex. Once we decided to engage with the seller Katia snd Andrew were there to assist through the entire sales cycle. I cannot say enough good things about TenEyck team! They made the home buying experience as stress free and easy as it can be. First of all, they are extremely organized, conscientious and professional. When scheduling appointments to look at homes, they were lined up quickly and strategically so that we were able to cover 10 homes in a few hours. They are very responsive and knowledgeable on the entire process. They helped us get a lender quickly so that our loan was approved in just a few days. They also provided many referrals for home improvement contacts so that we were able to make some quick renovations before moving in. I highly recommend the TenEyck team for selling or buying a home.
