We worked with Andria on the purchase of our new home in the North Park neighborhood of Chicago. She was absolutely fantastic to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is one of the hardest working people I've ever met -- very responsive to our questions, working with other agents to get needed information, hustling to in-person visits and showings despite a busy schedule. As a first time homebuyer she was an enormous help in finding and completing the purchase of the right home. Any prospective home buyer or seller would be incredibly lucky to work with her!

She helped us find/close on our unicorn of a house in just a few months. I highly recommend Andria Hernandez and Compass if you're looking to either buy or sell your home. Andria has actually helped me both sell a property and purchase a property in the last two years. Most recently, this month, we closed on an awesome house in the coveted Sauganash area (within Forest Glen) of Chicago. With a limited budget for the area, Andria helped find a house that fit within (below) our budget limit, negotiated expertly to get us in at lower than asking (which is seemingly impossible in this competitive market right now), and even negotiated an interest rate buy down for us, funded by the seller. Truly amazing work, and she made it painless from start to finish.
