An Omaha native, Andy has been the owner and CEO of Nebraska Realty since 2009. He started his real estate career in 2001, right after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in exercise science, and since then, has been dedicated to an industry that significantly impacts the lives of so many people. In 2004, he was promoted to general manager of DEEB and Associates Real Estate and eventually purchased the company in 2009, renaming it Nebraska Realty in 2015. It is a privilege for him to help guide this outstanding team of people that has grown into one of the largest real estate companies in the country. Andy is passionate about making Nebraska Realty a fantastic company for agents and staff, clients, and the communities in which they serve.
When Andy is not working with his amazing team, he enjoys coaching his son and daughter’s sports teams, traveling, and attending live events. He loves spending time with family, watching classic movies like “Caddyshack” or “Gladiator,” and working out as often as he can. Clients might catch him on the golf course, playing the sport he has loved since he was seven, or eating out at one of Omaha’s great culinary establishments.
Andy has been given the honor of serving as the 2021 President of the Nebraska Realtors Association and as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of Realtors to Congressman Don Bacon. His greatest service, however, is as a Christian and a dad.
