Wondering how and where to begin? We were! We were referred to Randy Estes by another realtor who was too busy to help us. Imagine that!?! We were shocked... here we were ready to make the first largest purchase a couple will make and beginning a such a memorable journey. Well, it was a BLESSING!!! Randy Estes is our forever friend. He accepted our call that afternoon and jumped into motion to meet the same day. We of course did not find our home for a short time but Randy was in constant communication with us. He took us out to see homes and let us know when someone listed their home immediately! Buying can be stressful but We had great fun!
Once we found our home, Randy walked and talked us through every step of way. Take the journey and don’t be afraid if you have Randy as your Realtor. Honestly, you’ll be lucky to have him in your corner!

Andy was my Realtor on the purchase of a home in the Leyden Rock neighborhood. Andy was extremely easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Andy brought great properties to the table, demonstrated knowledge of the market with comp analysis, and had great real-world advice on questions we had. Andy was available to show us homes as needed, answered calls/texts punctually as things came up, and was reliable. This was the toughest market for buyers that I've seen, Andy still helped us put together a great offer that was accepted. We felt we got the best deal possible and were very happy that Andy was our realtor to guide us through the process.
