Andy Chan was born in Hong Kong and raised in San Gabriel Valley, where he currently resides. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He also spent a semester abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Andy specializes in the sale of apartments in San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles. In 2022, he has sold nearly $20M in Commercial Real Estate Investments. Throughout his career, he has set numerous record-breaking prices for apartments he sold. Before joining Keller Williams Commercial, he worked with Marcus & Millichap, where he received the Top Caller Award in 2019 and 2020 in addition to the Rising Star Award in 2020.
Prior to commercial real estate, he was the Manager of the Din Tai Fung USA flagship restaurant in Arcadia. He managed over 100 employees, oversaw operations, and helped to open the South Coast Plaza branch in Orange County where he hired and trained the entire staff and management team. On his time off, he enjoys his family, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and learning new languages.
