Angela goes above and beyond for her clients! I was so impressed with how quickly she responded to is wanting to go see a house. It didn’t matter what day it was or the time. She knew that houses were selling quick when we were looking and she didn’t want us to miss out on anything. I also continue to be amazed at her ability for building rapport and relationships. I’m not sure how she keeps up with everything, but she continues to check in on us and our children throughout the years. Our kids love “Ms. Angela” and are excited to see her at every showing. Our daughter was even disappointed when we wouldn’t allow her to join us at the closing of our last home.
She’s so personable and she seriously made the process of buying and selling exciting and stress free.
I highly recommend Angela to be your realtor, you won’t be disappointed! You’ll leave your closing a little sad that you won’t see her as much anymore.

Angela is extremely courteous, friendly, honest and professional. She is attentive, prompt, efficient and pays attention to detail. After speaking with Angela the very first time by phone, I knew I liked her even before having a chance to meet. Angela Duncan is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with! We initially hired her to help us buy a house in Winchester. She went “above and beyond” during our house hunting, helped us find an amazing home in a great neighborhood, and made the entire process as easy as possible. When it was time for us to sell our house, we again hired Angela. Not surprisingly, she went “above and beyond” for us again, making the experience so much easier. We had no doubt that Angela had our best interests at heart and trusted her completely with the entire process. She helped us decide what improvements to make before listing and hired an amazing photographer whose pictures of our home made our listing stand out. There is no doubt that we would hire Angela again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Winchester or the surrounding area. I really did not trust realtors until I met Angela. She has good brains, good sense, good integrity, and she goes the extra mile.
