I am a dedicated licensed Realtor since 1988. Throughout my 30+ years in the business I have sold many residential and commercial properties. I have enhanced my skills by taking numerous educational courses in real estate and property appraisals. My expertise in properly evaluating properties and pricing homes for sale has been my key to success.
I specialize in working with sellers, buyers as well as with real estate investors. As a realtor and investor myself, It is my business to know the market. My service area is the greater Philadelphia market including Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. I take pride in creating strong relationships with my clients and earning their trust. I am a long time resident of Abington, married with four children. I speak English, Fluent in Spanish and some Portuguese. I am a real estate investor as well as a Realtor. I enjoy rehabbing properties, knocking down walls and creating open living space. The end product provides such a sense of accomplishment for me. When I am not busy selling homes, I enjoy spending time with my family.
