Constantine and Lisa Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Avondale, AZ. A great lady who must have shown us (and our kids!) 30 houses, yet she remained as patient on the last day as she was on the first. When we finally found the right place it was a short sale and folks who have been through that process know how long it can be. Again, Angela did a great job getting us through that. And when the home inspection found things that needed repair, she went back and renegotiated the purchase price to keep us under budget. Awesome!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in North Mountain, Phoenix, AZ. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been fortunate enough to have Ms. Monty’s real estate services in purchasing my home. Her professionalism, personal demeanor, and overall expert knowledge of the Phoenix real estate market are unsurpassed by none. I don’t want to say that she “pulled a rabbit out of the hat” in acquiring me my home, but I can say that getting the bank-owned property at a fair value was not an easy feet, and she was able to close the deal successfully. Angela M Monty!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. Angela has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. WOW WOW WOW….. I’m not sure there is enough space here to speak about Angela, nor are there enough kind words I could say. To be honest you just need to take the opportunity to experience her as a Realtor for yourself. This woman is not only sweet, kind, caring she knows her stuff. As a Realtor she will do what it takes to find you the house of your dreams and won’t stop or give up at doing so. Angela is there 24/7 to answer any of your questions and/or concerns.
