Angela is beyond great and I couldn't have made a better decision choosing her to help me find my home. She is on top of everything in a timely manner, has excellent communication and has no problem explaining even the smallest things which is definitely helpful as a first time buyer. My first experience with Angela Sanchez as a realtor was while she was working with some close friends who moved to the area from out of state. Their list of needs/desires was difficult in this market but Angela was steadfast in finding them their home. Because of her responsiveness and patience, when it came time for me to sell and purchase there was no question that I was going to use Angela. My experience as a seller and buyer with her was a delight. She was professional, responsive and Most importantly, honest about what to expect. I highly recommend Angela without hesitation!!

Angela Sanchez was an exceptional realtor who took the time to understand what I was looking for in a house and took her extensive knowledge of her home town to ensure my new home would be a great long term investment. She was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and seemed to be able to get responses from sellers right away. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge of real estate laws made me feel comfortable and the buying process seem easy. When it came time to close on my new home she knew exactly what contract would work best for me and was able to negotiate all my needs into the contract. I am considering buying another house just so that I could work with her again. Five stars, 10/10!
