I was a first time home buyer and I was extremely nervous about everything you have to do in order to buy a home. I didn’t know the first thing about walking through homes, what to look for, what is good, what is bad, what year things were updated - the whole process was intimidating and a complete beast in my eyes. Angela Shingary was an absolute rockstar the ENTIRE time! She really listened to everything I wanted in a home and was patient and attentive throughout the process. I definitely was never pressured to do anything - look at homes I didn’t like, look in certain areas I didn’t like, never pushed for me to put in an offer on a house I was potentially interested in and I really felt like she was looking out for my best interest. She was always available when I needed her. She was very thorough with explaining everything to me and she always made sure I understood what we were doing and what the next steps were. I have already recommended her to anyone I know that is looking in the Columbus market and will continue to do so! She is TOP NOTCH!
