Very sorry for the delay, but this is to express my appreciation for the marvelous work of Angelo Navarro and his associates at the The Corcoran Group in sale of my apartment at Hudson View West in Battery Park City, NY, NY.

Angelo and his firm could simply not have been better. From the beginning -- B4 the beginning, really -- Angelo was attentive, sophisticated, patient, helpful advising on preparation of the property for sale, bringing in Corcoran's affiliate offering advances for modest renovation, able to deal with the roller-coaster of COVID, predicting optimum offering price, holding to that price over many intervening months, preparing prospective offerors in the locality, eliciting serious offers immediately upon listing, surviving loss of the first top offer, substituting another immediately, bringing in the perfect law firm for closing, going to contract and closing in minimal time, compensating for all the seller's (my) own failings, and generally MAKING THE WHOLE PROCESS GO AS SMOOTHLY AS IT POSSIBLY COULD HAVE.

The sale closed AT the offering price, on Nov 9, 2023. Though the review I wrote initially did not go thru properly, and this version is being submitted more than seven (7) weeks later, I could not have been more satisfied with the performance of Angelo and his firm. They have my unqualified recommendation, and I'd be pleased to use them anytime, should I ever need their services again.

When I called Corcoran and had the opportunity to meet with you, I immediately knew you were the one to handle our sale. You were extremely professional; had a very specific marketing plan which included multiple steps and a timeline; and most importantly you were kind and very willing to share as much information as I could handle! Once we signed the contract with you and you took over the sales process, we had a buyer in less than a month! Bravo!!!!!

It has been an absolute pleasure for me to work with you. You kept me informed every step of the way. You responded almost immediately to my texts and phone calls. You outlined ways we could improve the condo to get it ready for sale.

My only regret is that I don’t have another New York property for you to sell!

So, Angelo, thank you very much for your professionality, experience, and your special caring qualities.

This was an extremely difficult dealing with the Building Coop Board and buyer. I’m totally convinced without the fortitude, hard work and patience of Angelo, the closing never would have happened. He was Fabulous to work with!

I was very lucky to meet Angelo when I was moving to the city from across the country. He worked day and night to help me find my apartment and is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He was diligent about making sure I was the first person to see any apartment and was responsive 24/7, even when we were communicating in different time zones. I could not recommend Angelo more and look forward to working again with him in the future.
