I own a rental home and had it listed for rent with another agent. My home sat on the rental market for 8 weeks with no applications. I called other agents and their first suggestion was for me to lower my rent which I did not want to do. I decided to switch my listing to Angie. She was able to rent my home in less than 2 weeks and at full asking price. She also had several back up applicants for me had my first qualified applicant fell through. Angie was very responsive to all of my calls and emails. Angie Inzerrillo was very helpfull in all the process of finding a new home. She was able the narrow down our options between our budget, kids school proximity and most certainly great quality home. All process when smoth with the exception on the closing wich it wasn't her fault; we had some problems with the IRS procecing our taxes but we manage to get it solve. She was very patience and understanding same with all her team. We are very happy with our new home. The kids love the hole experience and their new space. I would recommend Angie 100 times over! She is proactive, helpful, does exactly what she says she's going to do, and even goes above and beyond. I searched and searched for a good realtor to sell our home and read countless reviews when I came upon Angie's profile. I liked what I read and sent her an email explaining that my husband and I were ready to list our home and had been looking for a realtor. She looked up our address, comps in the area and responded within 30 minutes ready to set up a meeting. We met and discussed our plan with her on a Wednesday evening, she had pictures done, For Sale sign up in the yard, flyers printed and our house listed by Friday evening. Within one week, we had seven offers on our home! Angie even offered to take our German Shepherd to the dog park during a showing since we wouldn't be able to get off work in time to get the dog out of the house. Now that's going above and beyond! Before we contacted Angie about selling our home, we had put in an offer to buy a home using a different agent. Long story short, the appraisal wasn't anywhere near where it needed to be and we lost the house just 2 weeks before our scheduled closing date. Distraught and fed up with the other agent, we called Angie and asked her to help us find a home and she jumped on the task right away. After one day of driving around with her, she knew what areas we would love, and the type of house we were looking for. She listens and pays close attention to your reactions when walking through homes. With her help, we found our perfect home within 2 weeks. We couldn't be happier! We inquired on a rental property because we needed one in a hurry. Angie responded with all the information we needed to rent the property and offered to set a hard appointment. It wasn't what we needed due to time constraints but she did great evaluating our needs without wasting our time. Angie was great to work with. She helped me through a short sale of my home. Even though the bank gave me bad terms at first she helped me get a lawyer who didn't charge me to get the deficiencies waved and I only ended up paying $500 in the end. It was a very hard experience but Angie took the time and worked hard to get my house sold. She even kept the buyer on through the crazy long months it took to negotiate with the bank. sublime23in

I have heard horror stories about working with agents so I entered the house buying arena expecting the worst. And I found it! Angie changed all of that, she was the 3rd person that I sat with and immediately separated herself from all others. The best way to explain my experience with Angie is seamless, family oriented, and profitable. Angie made sure she was on top of everything that occurred. She would expose issues before some of the other people, we worked with, and making sure they fixed anything promptly. I am very hands on an only after a few weeks I felt comfortable letting Angie take the reins. My daughter and I were very excited to move into our new place. Angie very seldom felt like someone we were working with and much more like a friend or family member. She always looked out for our best interest and worked tirelessly with us to get things done. When we finally decided on an area to live, there was a nice place that we pretty much were sold on. Angie, thinking that maybe we could do better, found a similar place in a slightly better area for less money. We saved money and found a nicer place all because of her dedication to finding us the best possible solution. Unfortunately I’ve seen the bad side of home buying. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Angie and her team made this potentially scary experience a delightful one. We were interested in property in a specific area of Tampa, Seminole Heights. Even though this is a small specific area, Angie emailed us as soon as a property was available in our desired area and was very proactive about setting up appointments to view houses. Houses can go so quickly that she wanted to make sure we didn't miss one opportunity. Her timely communication over our two month home search was a sign of her commitment to us as clients. Angie is very knowledgable about the property she sells and was very helpful in advising us as first time home buyers. We had so many questions and Angie and her team provided us with the answers that we needed. No question was too small. It was Angie's first priority to make sure we were comfortable throughout the home buying process. Many times we would hear back within the hour with a question we would email. We visited Lakeland from out of town in February and met with Angie according to previous plans. She was very well organized and provided us with a mapped visit plan for the eight homes we wanted to see. She even provided a hard copy of the MLS on each property for reference. All the homes were available to view when we arrived and there were no delays. After a long day of driving we agreed that it was time well spent in large part due to the hard work of Angie's preparation skills.
