Ann exceeded all expectations during our home-buying process. She worked SO hard for us, answering all calls/texts/emails, and getting into every house we wanted to see. This market is WILD and she was able to get us the FIRST house that we put an offer on. She walked us through every step from looking to offer to close. Plus she is fun and personable. I was introduced to Ann from a realtor in Oklahoma where I was selling my house. I had a short notice move and drove to Colorado to meet with her to look at houses. She had set up I think about 40ish houses even set me up with a mortgage loan officer that she recommended and that was a great experience as well. We looked at houses for 12 hours a day for about 3 days. She was very knowledgeable about the market and areas we were looking. Made me feel confident in my choices. After I found a house we put in an offer and she was on the ball. Whenever I had a question she always responded so quickly. Since I had to sell my house in Oklahoma first before I could close on the one in Colorado she stayed in contact with my realtor there and made sure things were moving smoothly on both ends. Buying a house is a stressful event and all the paperwork can get overwhelming. Ann explained everything so well that it was much easy to understand. My Wife and I will use Ann again anytime we sell or buy another house in Colorado. By far second to none. Thank you again Ann.
