Ann is a very personable, patient, "real estate schooled" and just generally helpful person. We were looking at houses for over 1 year. She never lost enthusiasm or passion for her job or for us finding a new home. She explained everything we should expect so we were well prepared and is someone who I would call if we ever needed to move again. She also has a great sense of humor which during a stressful house hunt, and moving process, is a good way to keep things in perspective. Ann also got us more money for our home than I expected. Our house sold quickly because she had it priced right and she knew the market. Thank you Ann.

Ann could not have been more helpful to us. She went out of her way to help us get the property we were buying. Whatever questions we had she would have the answer or if she didn't know the answer she would find it out for us.
