With home roots and global contacts, Ann epitomizes the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Born in Atlanta, Ann spent her childhood in New York, Rome, Italy, and London, England. She returned to graduate from Pace Academy and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
Ann first entered the Atlanta residential real estate market professionally in 1996, and then returned in 2009, after a successful career in computer hardware and software sales for AT&T and NCR Corporation.
An experienced agent and a consistent top producer, Ann says that she can hardly call it working since she loves homes and architecture, gardens and interiors, and helping clients create the life they want to live.
With an emphasis in downsizing or upsizing, estate properties and divorce sales, second homes, for experienced buyers and sellers or enthusiastic first-timers, Ann takes a hands-on approach through the sales process and provides her clients with the services they require to arrive at a successful close. Each client feels like they are her only client.
Ann lives in northwest Atlanta and has three grown children. She is member of Northside United Methodist Church, the Buckhead Heritage Society, the High Museum of Art, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, the Atlanta History Center, Ivy Garden Club and is a sustainer with the Atlanta Junior League.
When not working, Ann enjoys tennis, attempting to play golf and spending time walking her dog, cooking and gardening or occasionally all of the above, at her home in Highlands, NC.
