We've have known Ann for about 8 months, when we started looking for houses in the area from overseas. Being totally new to Florida and coming from overseas, we needed someone with extensive knowledge of the area, schools, neighbourhoods, etc. and Ann really did help us in choosing the area and house that was right for our needs. Evidently, she has much knowledge of the housing markets and conditions. This was a our first-time purchase and Ann held our hand and talked us through the whole transaction. Matters were complicated slightly by buying a house from overseas, but Ann went the extra distance in ensuring that everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend Ann to anyone moving to this area.
