Ann Manning

Ann’s successful sales career began in Atlanta, GA more than 30 years ago in retail sales. She brings to Weichert, Realtors Hallmark Properties in Port Orange, FL, her expertise as a buyer, merchandiser, manager, business and sales professional, and former Realtor® in other states. Her commitment to customer service is filled with “hoosier” pride as a native of Indiana, however, she has been a resident of 8 states. Surviving 7 corporate moves with her family, she has vast knowledge and empathy for relocation. She has bought and sold homes in several real estate markets and has experienced both positive and negative, giving her the intuition to meet her customer’s needs and wants. Previously licensed in Tennessee and Georgia as a Realtor®, she continues her full time real estate career in Florida since 2016. Her dedication to match properties to buyers and give advice and guidance to sellers empowers her to make the buying and selling process as stress-free and rewarding as possible.
Ann is married and has 3 adult daughters who live in TN and GA. She enjoys walking, water aerobics, and going to the beach. She is involved in P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization helping women in education). She holds epro, staging and relocation certifications.
