Ann Means

Ann grew up on the shores of Lake Erie on the Cedar Point peninsula-just down the road from the world-famous, Cedar Point Amusement Park. Living on Lake Erie taught me early on the benefits of "location, location, location". She spent idyllic summer days swimming, boating, and fishing on Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie. As a child, Ann understood that she lived in a magical place.

Growing up at the beach in the sixties and seventies, Ann and her sister listened to Beach Boys singing, "California Girls" and dreamed of another coast where there was an endless summer. After graduating from Miami University of Ohio, she headed out to San Diego. There, she became a REALTOR in 1989 and worked with Prudential California Realty and Coldwell Banker before NE Ohio called me back 10 years later.

In early 2000, Ann attained her Ohio Real Estate License and built a home in Huron near Lake Erie. Thirty-two years selling real estate on two coasts reinforced her understanding of the importance of location. Homes near water typically sell for a premium price/square foot compared to other areas. There is a finite amount of land to be developed on or near our oceans and Great Lakes. Purchasing a home or lot in a beach community is a way to fully enjoy the many benefits of living near water while maximizing your opportunity to build personal wealth through your real estate investment.
