Ann Vikse brings her experience as a Preschool Director, Church Secretary and Special Needs Mom to the Real Estate field. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, she was the Director of Disciple Discovery Center Preschool licensed for 99 children and employing 15 teachers & support staff. As an educator/employer, she learned how to be patient, detail oriented, and proactive; as a Mom of a “special needs” child in public school, she’s learned how to be a strong advocate.
As your Realtor®, Ann will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
Ann understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor®, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.
Ann is a member of the Loveland, Berthoud Association of Realtors® (LBAR), Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). She is the Women’s Ministry Leader and part time Administrative Assistant to the Pastor at her church as well as serving on the Women’s Ministry Leadership Team covering all of Colorado and Utah for her denomination’s District Office. Ann also served her country in the US Army and is a Desert Storm Veteran.
When not assisting clients, Ann enjoys spending time with her family, extended family & friends, volunteering at her church, and creating crafts to sell online and at local craft fairs.
