Anna Vanderspeeten-Deman

She has been representing buyers and sellers in The Capital Region District since 2007. When you are looking to sell your home, you can count on her to do an excellent job of pricing, marketing and actively managing the sale of your home. She also assists buyers in their search for a new home and she has extensive expertise with guiding buyers through the process of building a new construction home. On a personal note: Born and raised in Belgium, she relocated with her family to New York's Capital District Region in 2001. She is the mother of two teenage boys that graduated from Shenendehowa Central School district. Her educational and professional background is in Human Resources. She has helped relocating many families from all over the world and she is passionate about sharing her personal experiences about relocating to this area. Her goal is to make her clients feel at home. Throughout the years, she has built up an extensive network of clients that work for international companies like GE and Global Foundries.
