Anne Herrera

Anne’s son asked her what career she would have if she wasn't a realtor, and Anne said she couldn't think of anything else she would rather be doing! She has over 18 successful years of representing buyers and sellers in all parts of the city, and Anne is proud to be consistently recognized as a top agent in San Francisco and in Sotheby's International Realty.

Before starting in real estate, Anne had two career experiences that contributed to the success she has today. Starting as a management trainee for Hyatt Hotels, Anne did EVERYTHING - made beds, bussed tables, and checked in guests on the midnight shift - and because of it, she developed a 100% customer service focus. Later, Anne managed mergers and acquisitions activity for Bank of America and Intel Corporation, where she learned to be a calm presence during controlled chaos and gained respect as a no-nonsense, solutions-driven negotiator.

Anne lives by the phrase, "do what you say you will do", and she ensures her work reflects it every day. Her clients know she can navigate them through the sophisticated housing market to get the deal done, and they can rely on Anne for a multitude of resources - from referrals to local vendors to trusted real estate advisors around the globe. She is well respected in the brokerage community, which is an important consideration for you since the person you hire will essentially become your face and voice when communicating on your behalf with buyer and seller agents.

Anne is deeply committed to her work and family - husband Dennis, teenage son Declan and two spoiled cats, Indie, and Dixie. Anne is a fourth generation Californian and a 33-year resident of San Francisco. With her husband, they have raised their son in the city and appreciate its beauty along with its frustrations and opportunities.

In her spare time Anne is an enthusiastic USTA tennis player and NorCal committee member, a dedicated San Francisco Parks Alliance board member and a University High School parent volunteer. If there is any time left over Anne attempts to get through my stack of books on the nightstand.
